- 2 Boneless Shoulder Roasts (2 packages) or swap for stew meat, lamb sausages or grind
- 2 Boneless Legs of Lamb (2 packages) or Leg Steaks (4 packages) or swap for kabob meat, lamb sausages or grind
- 10 pounds of your choice of grind, stew, kabob, and/or lamb sausages
