We're so excited to introduce our newest product, smoked beef pastrami! This pastrami is pre-sliced for sandwiches, wraps, charcuterie or just for snackin'. Each package contains 12 oz. of sliced pastrami and is vacuum sealed in individual packages.
Ingredients: Beef, water, contains 2% or less of the following: Salt, sugar, brown sugar, blend of sugar and honey (cane sugar, honey), sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite. Pastrami rub: Paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic, onion, clove, allspice.
