
Picanha is a newer cut in the US but it has been a much-loved favorite in Brazil due to its flavor packed qualities and amazing fat cap that make it perfect for open fire cooking. This is a triangular shaped cut that has a generous fat cap covering lean sirloin meat and is a delicious cut that's fun to introduce people to. Our grass fed, dry aged Picanha comes as a whole muscle so you can cut steaks to your preference or cook it whole. They are individually vacuum packed in the following sizes:
