The lamb sirloin is cut from the leg of lamb creating a small roast that can cook in as little as 20 minutes. This cut is totally delicious and incredibly tender while being very easy to grill or roast. It can also be cut thinly. Our roasts easily serve 2 people and are packaged in the following sizes:
