Our thinly sliced carne asada steaks are cut from the chuck which means they're packed with flavor thanks to the marbled, fatty quality of the chuck. The steaks are cut to 1/4 inch thickness and are perfect to throw on a hot grill or pan before slicing thin and enjoying. Each vacuum sealed package contains multiple thin cut carne asada steaks and come in the following sizes:
