Grass fed marrow bones are great roasted and slathered on bread or thrown into a stock for extra richness. These bones are different from our regular stock bones as they are all hand selected by our butcher and grouped together as marrow-rich bones.
Marrow bones are packaged in 2 - 2.5 pound freezer bags.
