Grass fed marrow bones are great roasted and slathered on bread or thrown into a stock for extra richness. Canoe-cut means that they are cut in half lengthwise allowing for easy access to the marrow goodness. These bones are different from our regular stock bones as they are all hand selected by our butcher and grouped together as marrow-rich bones.
