Beef Suet is the hard unrendered fat from our grass fed cows. Suet is used raw for traditional English pastries and once rendered, it makes an excellent fat for cooking, roasting, frying. You can even make your own lotions and candles from it! Our beef suet comes frozen and vacuum-sealed in packages varying between 3-8 pounds.
