
T-Bone Steaks are among one of the most prized cuts and a true steakhouse classic. One side of a T-Bone Steak is a New York Strip and the smaller section is a Filet Mignon. Our grass-fed, dry-aged T-Bones are cut to a steakhouse-standard 1.5 inch thickness and are individually vacuumed sealed in the following sizes:
