Susan is doing a 48-hour brine on all turkeys, then smoking them on oak and cherry wood before cooling and packaging the turkeys for pick up by the customer. Please read the following details below before purchasing:
- Turkeys will be picked up by the customer at Susan's BBQ in Tumalo on November 21st or 22ns
- Only turkeys under 16lbs can be smoked, if your turkey is larger than this size, do not choose this option
