This is a classically spiced Andouilles Sausage made with our North 44 Farm grass fed and finished dry aged beef. It's a flavorful addition to any soup, gumbo, or stew, it can be chopped up and thrown notoph of a pizza for something different, or just eaten as is! This is a fairly mild Andouilles Sausage.
