About North 44 Farm

We are a first generation farm that raises grass fed and finished lamb and beef. Our biggest motto is that good things take time - we raise our animals slowly on grass where we practice rotational grazing, meaning that our animals move to fresh pastures about every 3 days during the growing season in central oregon. We work on a network of owned and leased land all over Southeast Bend. We care deeply about our animals and know that the year-round love and attention comes through in our final products!

CSA INFO

There are three different CSAs to choose from: Premium, Freezer Staples, and Grind-Only. All CSAs have the choice of beef, lamb, or both and the choice between a half share (10 pounds) or a full share (20 pounds) every the month. Once you’ve purchased your meat CSA of choice, you will receive a preference form which helps us pack a custom box based on your likes and dislikes. Your box will be available for pickup along with your Boundless CSA on the third Thursday of every month starting in June. 

PREMIUM CSA

By joining the Premium Club, you get access to every cut we offer. This is the only tier that includes premium cuts like ribeyes, tenderloins, and NY strips, etc. Your box will always include those beautiful premium cuts along with a mix of staple items and grind. Please note that this is not a steak-only box. We pack every box based on the preferences you choose to share with us. FREEZER STAPLES CSA

Freezer Staples Farm Club Members can expect a great 50/50 mix of grind and staple cuts like fajita strips, carne asada, roasts, osso bucco, denver steaks, and stew meat. Just like the Premium Farm Club Members, we pack every box based on the preferences you choose to share with us. Boxes are offered at 10 and 20 pounds with your choice of lamb, beef, or both! GROUND ONLY FARM CLUB

Our ground products have quite the following and for good reason! Grass fed and finished ground is a great staple to have in the freezer and the convenient vacuum packed one pound packages make them quick and easy to defrost. Ground Club members can choose from Beef or Lamb grind boxes. Beef Ground Club members can choose from our  ground beef products including burger patties, chorizo, and breakfast sausage in addition to our traditional 80/20 grind. Boxes are offered at 5, 10 and 20 pounds. SHOP GRIND-ONLY
